If you discover concealed shipping damage after the driver has already left, please contact us right away at myorders@myfrontandcenter.com.

Whenever possible, document damages and missing items at the time of delivery. Always take photos of any damaged product and packaging. Contact Front + Center® at myorders@myfrontandcenter.com to report any damages, defects or errors.

1. Check the delivery receipt while the driver is still present to confirm the shipment is your product and all required information and documentation is present, e.g. packing list, number of pieces, boxes, tubes, pallets, etc.
2. Count all pieces and inspect items with the driver, making note of disputed counts and visible damage on your delivery receipt.
3. Sign the delivery receipt while the driver is still present. Always read what you are signing to make sure you are aware of any add-on charges. Request the driver sign or initial all copies of the receipt if there are notations of damages or shortages.

Yes. You should always sign the delivery receipt while the driver is still present and follow instructions outlined below regarding what to do when your order arrives.

Orders with less than 40 sq. ft. and product dimensions less than 27” x 58” will be boxed and shipped via UPS Ground. Orders larger than 40 sq. ft. or with product dimensions greater than 27” x 5” will be down-stacked onto pallets and shipped LTL with lift gate service. Pallet size is determined by the size of the products. Front + Center® recommends splitting large items into multiples whenever possible. For example, instead of an 8′ tall panel, you could order two 4′ panels, or use Polyback, which can be rolled and boxed (PSA is also rolled).

You will see your shipping costs before you complete your Front + Center® order. Shipping costs depend on weight and size of the products you order.

Typically orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Depending on where you’re located, shipping can take 1-7 days. Delivery times represent our best estimate only.

We currently offer shipping only within the continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
