How can I track my order?
Sign into your Front + Center® account then select “Track Orders” under “My Account”.
Can I change or cancel an order I already placed?
No. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process, we do not allow changes or cancellations after you place your order. Be sure to double check all order details before submitting your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number will be shown in order confirmation message that appears on-screen after you successfully place your order. It will also be included in the confirmation message we email after you place your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Because sales tax rates and rules vary by state and local jurisdiction, we apply sales taxes based on where you’re shipping your order. You will see the total sales taxes to be collected as you finalize your order during checkout. F+C Pros can apply for tax exempt status from your F+C Pro account.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
You will be charged for your purchase at the time your order is placed.
